This design-build project was a non-permanent modular billeting facility for the U.S. Air Force Central Command’s (AFCENT) mission at Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) in Saudi Arabia. Containerized Housing Units (CHUs) were grouped into five separate building pods.  Each CHU was constructed with weatherproof steel frame structures, factory finished metal panels and individual cooling units. New transformers were installed and service connection to billeting units was also provided.
